Seth Weber is an Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development at Liquid Mercury, the leading Institutionally focused, digital assets order and execution management system. Seth consults with traditional financial institutions on the most effective way to enter the digital asset trading markets and helps them to expand their presence once they have ventured in.

Seth gained his traditional financial experience within the Equities, Options and Fixed income markets over the last 30 years. Spending almost 20 years at Lehman Brothers, his most current roles there were the Head of Broker Dealer Execution Services, and Chief Administrative Officer within the Equity Division. These roles have allowed Seth to be recognized as a subject matter expert on Electronic Trading, Operations, and work flow automation.

Subsequent to Lehman, Seth developed and ran various electronic Trading businesses at firms like Stonex (INTL FCStone) , until his last role where he was the Chief Revenue Officer of Matrix Executions, the sister company of Liquid Mercury. At Matrix he oversaw the Sales and Service teams, created an equity electronic trading offering, and led the transition to a new clearing firm (Tripling revenue there during his tenure). In January of 2022, Matrix/Mercury’s CEO, Tony Saliba, then tasked Seth with coming into the digital space to expand Mercury’s client reach.
